Report Viewer Toolbar

• The Report Viewer Toolbar appears at the top of the window that loads when the Application tool-bar push button: View is clicked on any report parameter screen.

Report Viewer Toolbar Contents:

Crystal

Display the report in Crystal Report format.

 

 

PDF

Display the report in PDF format.

 

 

Group Tree

Click to open / close the Group Tree pane. It will show on the left hand side of the screen.

The Group Tree pane displays the data used to group the report by.

Click on a value to go to the position in the report where the value is displayed.

 

Print

Click to Print the report.

 

 

Export

Click to Export the report to another application / file format.

 

 

Schedule

Click to Schedule the report.

 

 

First

Click to navigate to the first page of the report.

 

 

Previous

Click to navigate to the previous page of the report.

 

 

Navigate Page

Enter a page number to navigate to.

 

 

Next

Click to navigate to the next page of the report.

 

 

Last

Click to navigate to the last page of the report.

 

 

Search

Enter a value then click to search for it in the report.

 

 

Zoom Factor

Select the zoom option from the drop down list.

 

 

Close Drill Down

Click to close the current selected drill down view of the report.
